What ECO PASSPORT covers
OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT evaluates chemical products used in textile and leather production. The supporting documentation listed on Jinlong’s certificate includes the test report, an EN ISO 17050-1 declaration of conformity, an RSL screening report, detailed component and safety data, and an on-site visit report.
The certificate states that the assessed production site met criteria for product stewardship, occupational health and safety, environmental management and quality management through the on-site visit. This is supplier-level chemical and production-site evidence; it does not automatically certify every finished transfer, garment or customer production process.
Why ZDHC Level 3 matters to material buyers
The enclosure records ZDHC MRSL 3.1 Conformance Level 3 for the certified TPU hot melt powder. For importers, distributors and textile production teams, this can support chemical-management reviews and supplier qualification.
